@dobtom That's an astute observation. I couldn't agree more.
BTW, it was exciting to watch FIDE World Chess Championship 2021 between Magnus Carlsen and Ian Nepomniachtchi last week. Chess.com's live coverage was superb, with IM Danny Rensch as the main commentator, GM Fabiano Caruana, GM Robert Hess and GM Hou Yifan providing analysis. Highlight of the match, for me, was game 11 when Ian made g3 move, eliciting an "Oh my gosh!" commentary from Danny.

I'm sure many of you here watched that scene so I won't bore you further but one of the interesting tidbits I noticed (as a CB&E enthusiast) throughout the match was a gray squared chess board that chess.com team used for showing the live board & analysis of various positions. It was pleasant to follow the moves on that board because it was easy on the eyes. It also reminded me of my DGT Centaur. Incidentally, my one and only Official World Chess set is a Studio Set. I selected that set over the full sized version, hoping it would fit the 48mm squares of the DGT Centaur better... and it does. Yes, "sometimes it's worth to take the risk." Enjoy the photos.
@zagryan Yeh, I totally understand You. Sometimes its better to be uneducated. When I ordered mine, I had been waiting for the official set to be restocked for months. Then somehow I navigeted to the Niggemann site and saw acceptable prices for the weighted set in package with the dgt board. I was still afraid they did not have them in store, because dgt official shop was empty since the chess hysteria started. To my surprise, they just received them, so I did not hesitate, I wanted to try out the dgt experience for many years already. I knew nothing about slim knights (I am sure both versions are very nice in person), possible quality problems anything.
And everything worked out fine. Sometimes its worth to take the risk.
