The Skopje 67 tournament question is baffling. I just checked all the games in that tournament in which Fischer played Black. In none of those games did he castle queenside or place his King on b8, as is shown in the photograph.
So I'm officially stumped.
Thanks to AmosBurn's post, the picture is from an exhibiton match between US and Poland preceding their participation in the 1962 Varna Olympiad. Fischer is playing Bogdan Sliwa.
Fischer-Spassky 1992 rematch. An original 1950 Dubrovnik Olympiad set was used for the match.
