Please Help Me With Rodent IV

I see from a previous post on Rodent IV that many players could set the ELO level.  I do not know how to set the ELO level.  I can change personalities, but not the ELO.   How do you do it?  I have installed Rodent IV on both Arena and Fritz.

In Arena,  I can change the engine configuration by hitting "CTL 1."  That gives me a drop down menu to change personalities plus the ability to change other engine parameters.  But I do not see a way to adjust the ELO strength.  In Fritz, I get very much the same thing.  When I load Rodent IV in Fritz and click the "Advanced" button,  I get the same menu I get in Arena;  I can change personalities, but not ELO.

Please tell me the exact clicks and keystrokes which allow you to change ELO.  Also, it might help to know the commands in your basic.ini file.  Changing ELO is the best feature in Rodent.  It's a shame some users cannot use it.
