That was fast - 3 days from India to Long Island!

This is my photo of the Reproduction of the official FIDE set by Chess Bazaar. They did a fabulous job!

Pieces are HEAVY, and obviously need a bigger board than this 1.75" Drueke. A 2" board would do nicely or 2.25" if you like extra real estate. I may not be keeping this - I have to decide if I can afford a new board to fit this one, along with the Dubrovnik I plan to purchase in the future. Or just buy a nice cheap mousepad with maple and walnut coloring for now.

So I give it a 9 out of 10 - The knight still isn't perfect, although it's much better than any other repro I've seen. I'll snap a couple more pics of individual pieces and post later.

Yes, I still have them. I ordered (then cancelled) the plastic version of the FIDE set from World Chess.
