I'm building some Personalities ala Chessmaster on this engine; and its mostly going well; but it seems to ignore the Movetime = 3000 parameter. Whether in the Poly or Engine sections of the .ini

I would like to build some delay between moves into the Toons to make their play more human; any suggestions how to do this ... ty BB.
