Scandinavian Defence: Any books on 3. Nf3 lines?

The only book where I know it's dealt with at all is the Chess Advantage in Black and White by Larry Kaufman. It is his reccomendation vs. The Scandinavia, unfortunately it is currently out of print and it runs $55 used. Not worth it if that's all you're buying the book for. It is a small section in the book and I can't seem to find who plays this opening the most.

Are there any books/videos/info on this line?
1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.d4 Bg4 5.Be2 e6 6.O-O c6 7.c4 Qd8 8.Nc3
The line is sound and statistically even has better result then the 3.Nc3 line everyone uses. I also have had more success with it personally having tried both as white. I came across this line in a 5min video on chesscube. Are there books on this or other material? It is obviously a good line.
EDIT: Apparently the name of the line is Mieses-Kotroc Variation.
