Well, being an Indian, I know that manufacturers make a lot of qualities according to what person pays them. These thugs want to be in the business they don't know and want to become exporter w/o knowing the definition of the export business. They are doing nothing but shaking the trust of Indian artisans which actually can do wonders. There are only a couple of companies like CB, HoS and OS which works with the quality artisans in India and they don't compromise on the quality as there brand reputation is at stake. Good Luck!

Finally Ganesh answer my complain about the chess boards. The say since they were bought more thanks 6 moths ago, they will do nothing,
So I hace to change my opinión and NOT recomend them for chess boards. With cracks in 2 of 3 better not to take the risk
