I agree. Ordered in November , last promise to send tracking ID by 28tFebruary , delivery by 5th March, received nothing, sent first email by 7th March, sent second email today, received nothing.
Update 18.03.2022: Pro board arrived yesterday.

Hello guys, sadly I have the same history with them. Estimated delivery Jan. 31, when it was clear it wont arrive they said they will restock on Feb. 15 and send it with priority and has to arrive by 25, but contact them if I don't get tracking info on Feb 22. Then I contacted them again and said I will get tracking by Feb 25, board by 28. Contacted them in March, tracking by 7th, board within a week. Contacted them this Wednesday, March 16 and without a reply they sent me an email that my order has been shipped with a gls tracking info, also updated the site, but the tracking is invalid so far. They just keep lying so if you wanna buy this board wait for it to hit amazon or some other trusted source.
Update: finally found the tracking ID on the website, no idea why did the email did not contain the number or the "Track your order" link did not point there. But that still does not explain the previous answers with the always-delayed package arrival dates.

Same here @kherthy , got the tracking mail day before yesterday (with no tracking id). Official GLS tracking mail arrived a bit later. Due to the lack of communication and lying, i already gave notice of cancellation and have asked GLS to return it to sender

Ordered February 21. Estimated delivery date March 31. No news. I sent an email to find out the status. They told me that due to delays it will be delivered by April 30. 1 month late compared to March 31.
I requested a refund via email.
@J1ngleJ4ngle what procedure did you follow to request a refund from your credit card company? Did you get the refund in the end?

Package arrived a few minutes ago. Once you get an email of the tracking number I advise you check that tracking every day because I didn't get email or text message from GLS regarding the delivery day and time window. If I didn't check the tracking in the morning I would not have even known about it.
Yesterday I received Square Off Pro and I have not stopped playing against AI and chess.com, wonderful. From Spain.

UPDATE:
The tracking status of the shipment has changed to "shipped, waiting for tracking number".
This morning I received an email, blank, from dhl, titled "DHL Express siuntos patvirtinimas" (in Lithuanian language) which means "confirmation of DHL Express shipment".
Now I'd like to figure out if they really shipped or it's a set up to keep me happy. Also because I don't have the tracking number yet.

Read my first reply, the estimated delivery, the first date there that was given by the site at the order date, Dec 12 I think. The tracking number was on the website where you can se the details of the order. The track order button should get you to a site where you can see "Order placed->Shipped->Delivered" and below that should be a tracking number if it received one already.
The board works great and since it arrived I have not played in browser, it's just amazing. So despite the bad shipping experience the wait was really worth it.

To Square off, i expressed in my last mail to them that i wished to cancel my transaction, asked for a refund, and that if it would arrive, i would refuse it at the door, or directly back.
Since i got no response of SO, I contacted my bank (which issued my credit card), it was the fraude/money-return desk, indicating that i had not received the order within 4 weeks of purchase. Filled in the form with the transaction details. And had to upload a transcript of the email flow to Square Off. This included my last sent emails requesting the refund.
Took a few weeks, in which the bank investigated the case. But the bank refunded the full amount back to my credit card
@mcbolla When did you place your order?
Did they delay from the originally estimated shipping dates?
Original Order date.- November 27, 2021, and the first shipping date was 31st Jan, 2022.
I received other email with a new date and a GLS tracking id and now I'm playing with the board.
How good is the SquareOff SWAP board? Does it really work for blitz chess on chess com as advertised or no? Looks like I have to pre-order it, I ask however if someone got a chance to test it.

The swap is still in the prototype stage. Squareoff have not released a video demo of the actual SWAP. (They did release a demo of the NEO, NEO is currently in a pilot manufacturing run).
IMHO, if you want a Squareoff product, you're better off waiting until they show up on Amazon or HoS rather than directly ordering from them, because if anything goes wrong, it's someone else's problem rather than yours. It's going to be an even longer wait, but you'll probably thank me later.
Same here . I ordered my Square Off Pro on March 12th with estimated delivery on March 23rd. Today, Apr 15th, I haven't even received the real delivery estimate. Although it's marked as "shipped", personally don't believe this is true. I've contacted the company a few times and now they aren't even answering my questions. The last two replies they sent me were just generic (automated maybe?) messages:
We are still awaiting a response from our logistics team and it is taking a little bit longer than expected.
Please be rest assured that we are trying our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Mine (Square off Pro) ordered 11st of dec, estimated delivery 31st of Jan. Promised that it was given priority and would arrive between 20-25 feb. Marked as 'shipped' 19th of Feb on the site. But after contact they told me that they would provide me the tracking id only by 5th march and then it would take 5-7 business days. Contacted them 6th of march to ask for a tracking id as no tracking id was sent. Now radio silence....
No new email from Square Off. No shipment, no emails, no nothing. I have requested a refund via my credit card company. Lost all trust in SO
