@legendproducts What did the square off team say to be the resolution is?

I played with my Neo (not Neo Z) yesterday and enjoyed it; it worked perfectly. The one problem I have with it is finding an opponent. I use Chess.com and Lichess.com and frequently can't find an opponent at the time control that I select. I found I have to use the 15 minute or longer time control because it takes extra time to move the pieces and there seems to be a time lag.

I had bought two neos through kickstart. Gave one to my son received them last November. We had not opened the second one till about a week ago it began to bubble the first night. It being unopened for almost a year took it overnight to do all the updates. At the moment it is operable and functions much better than the first with the updates. I had requested a second return label. I received a reply after about three more days asking if both units had bubbled I confirmed that and they said they would replace it. Waiting for the return label. I do really like the neo

The adhesive applied to the playing surface is the problem. Seems to be temperature sensitive.

It's amazing how quiet neo moves. I have noticed my clock starts to tick while neo begins to move a piece so I am actually losing time with every move neo makes. Probably need to go to more of a delay than 5 seconds. I thought I remember the latest update was suppose to fix that

Hey guys, I bought a grand kingdom for a friend on facebook so we could play together, but when it showed up there were no pieces or charger. I’ve found the charger but does anyone know of an option for replacement pieces? Square Off isn’t offering them right now and Chess House wants over $150 for a full set. Thanks!

I was informed 3 months back by the Sqaure off team that they are in touch with a new distribution partner in US who would take care of all the sales and any issues related to non deliveries or delayed dispatches would be resolved. Has anyone purchased recently with them and any new experience to report. Have things improved?

My Square Off NEO works perfectly well and I'm very satisfied !

This update of the firmware is very simple (via Bluetooth).

The NEO is amazingly silent 🤩 and the app does a very good job.

I'm waiting for two orher NEOs, also backed on Indiegogo.

i know this is an old thread but this company still has major issues.

i have a neo board which i like so tried to update the app to premium the app charged my debit card but didnt upgrade the app.

the worst part is the non existent customer service i have sent seven emails not had a single reply.

my advice avoid like the plague

Does anybody know if the Square Off AI is based on/using Shredder Chess? Shredder Chess is mentioned on the official Website but they are kind of hiding it (scroll down).

Just Forget anything about Miko brand or SquareOff Brand, Just scammers association.
