The Russian Bride custom made set.

It's alive! IT'S ALIVE! The day has finally come. I was inspired from the video game called Watch Dogs to create this set. Been a few slight changes from the Watch Dogs chess set design but over all looks similar.

Here is The Russian Bride custom set I had made.

It is a 4" King with 1 3/4" base out of Rosewood and Boxwood. Like I said there are a few changes from the Watch Dogs set. That I think are an improvement in my opinion. At the moment it is still being shipped. So I do not have the set in my hands yet. Once I do, I will post more pictures. 

The reason for the name is because of the Leningrad Knight and other pieces from the Bridled Knight set. Hence the name The Russian Bride. A few other sets had an influence into the design but it mainly came from the Watch Dogs video game. What do you guys think about my custom made set?

Really beautiful. I like the bishop balls.

Already have a Zagreb. Actually not one piece is from the Zagreb. Which by the way is a fake set. Historically it is fake. I like the Zagreb design but I think HoS was very deceitful in how they marketed their Zagreb 59' set. That is a story for another thread. Thanks for your comment. 

I do like this set as well.

The only part of the set that slightly resembles the Zagreb '59 set is that the Knight's head is brought down.

However, the Knight in this set looks way better than any Zagreb knight or other knight like it.

The rest of the pieces simply do not look anything like that Zagreb set.

I like this set a lot.  I especially like the wood graining.

@Eyechess Thanks for your comments. The Knight is actually from the Leningrad set. I really like the Knight from that set. That's why I chose that Knight design.

An updated picture.

LOL! Actually the set had arrived but the Rosewood Bishops don't exactly match in color. So I am having Rishi remake me a Bishop that matches more. So until I receive the replacement Bishop. I am going to hold off on posting more pictures of The Russian Bride Chess Set until I have a suitable replacement Bishop that matches. How do you guys like the photo of a bride holding an AK-47 with bullet belts draped across her chest? Thought it was a fitting photo.
