using chessbase for classroom discussion

I recently started using chessbase in class. I was wondering, is it possible to flash the chessboard on the projector and hide the comments/annotations from the students. I tried to but when I click on "full screen" the annotations was hidden from me as well, there's no way to only display the chess board on projector and open the window that shows the annotations on my lap top.
I'm sure it is possible because many of GM Daniel King's YouTube videos look at games and puzzles with the annotations hidden. The only question then is where is that option location in the program?

"You have to add a special training annotation to the move, not a text one. Click on the move and press ctrl-alt-m or right click and you should see options to create special annotations, then choose training annotations. Whenever you open the game, it will jump to the first question immediately and won't let you see any moves after that point."
