Let's both call them wink

Well you're the one that pointed to that policy. We should just find out for you.

Why would I care about the policy. I do not buy direct, and do not recommend buying direct. I was just letting the other members know. What you refused to tell them about buying direct. And all the post on here where people got screwed over by the chess manufactures. By refusing returned, or making the shipping cost back to them so high. It was not worth sending the chess set back for return.

But I see you are hell bent on making more saps post their horror stories here....

Well you brought it up so much, I'm guessing between 10 to 20 times (but who's counting), so it sure does look to be very important to you. So why not find out. Maybe it's not as bad as you're making it out to be, or maybe it is. It'll be good to know.

Hey you can blabber all you want. I still intend to find out.

Avatar of Yenster1

You're not scared, are you? After posting it over and over and over again, are you afraid that you might be wrong about that policy?

Avatar of Yenster1

Well good. We'll soon find out then.

I think the best quality chess boards can be bought from the Fide store itself.

Well, there're eligible for the World Chess Championships so they must be the top tier of quality.

It seems that you're just blabbering about nothing now. Maybe soon we'll need to contact Staunton Castle to check on their return policy on sale items. I've never bought from them, but I did see that someone else assumed that any sale, no matter how small, would void a return/refund. I really doubt they meant a typical 15% discount...but let's check and see. At least we could benefit some folks here after all this rambling .

It is not a discount you fool. It is a Sale. And Labeled as such on the each chess set. FOOL!

And yes you are SOL if you want to return the chess set. As every chess set is a sale item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

And yeah, Why is advertising going on here?
Aren't you supposed to do that with actual ads?

Drama aside, that is an amazing looking picture from the telescope.

To the op, the best wooden chest set is the one you like the best! I love my Zagreb set

Well regarding that 'refund policy', I just had a chat with Mandeep Saggu himself. He said that this policy that shows on the website is wrong and he will correct it. This is what I thought when I read it, and rational thinking prevails in this case.

Looks like the blabbering fool can't admit that he's wrong cry

All you had to do was "be curious, not judgmental", and a simple inquiry could have solved this for you, what, 20 posts ago? Just take 5 minutes of your life to listen to this life lesson.

"I already told you we accept returns for our ends if the buyer receives any defective or wrong item."

And that is their policy. You can not return it just because you think something is wrong.

Sale Items:

Products which are part of any sale/promotional offer cannot be refunded unless they are flawed.

Just can't admit that you were wrong, can you. You really need to watch that video, cuz you're kind of a sad soul.

I would say not....

Why not just own up to your mental mistake and move on, instead of...what was it that you said before...."twisting in the wind". Is that right?

Look at the babbling fool cry

Avatar of Yenster1

I mean, I know it's tough to own up to your mistakes...but this is mental.
