Chess Steps Method (Stappenmethode) workbooks, levels 1-6.  Level 1 is up to USCF rating 800, level 2 is to rating 1400, level through to 1600, level 4 to 1750, level 5 to 1900, level 6 to 2100 ... translating USCF rating to FIDE rating: FIDE rating is generally considered 100 points less than USCF (so a 1500 USCF rating is equal to a 1400 FIDE rating).

Chess Tutor CD's levels 1-3 (which correspond to levels 1-3 in the Steps Method workbooks, but kids today be like "what's a CD?").
