Almost all are against on memorising. But I memorized openings when I was 1000 online.

There are many good coaches, and you can find their price on their chess.com profile. I'd recommend having lessons with people that have lower titles. (Like CM's, NM's, and FM's.)They typically offer lessons at a cheaper price. Certified chess.com coaches usually are a reliable source.
