Experiencing the exact same problem with all of my kids cheskid accounts. Some lessons have no voice - over. Or it goes silent mid-lesson. So frustrating.

I sent an email to Chesskid.com support on Wednesday on a simple but extremely frustrating problem. Have not received a reply.
My issue is that my child's lessons, which used to include voice recitation of all the instructions, inexplicably stopped working, forcing me to read everything for her. (She is 6 and cannot read.) The audio for moves works, but the words are not being read to her. And there seems to be no way to turn the reading back on. This is making the site, which I just paid to join, useless to me.
What should I do?
