If you want "real" chess coaching (like structured study plans, review of your personal games and new insights just for you), then likely no one will offer this for free.
However, for free, I could play an unrated live chess game or two with everyone in this forum thread already and I can offer my advice based on our specific game(s). 
Of course, my YouTube channel and other channels are also free information, but ideally you'll get specific advice based on how you play.
