There are many chess.com coaches (or elsewhere) you could look into, but most are not inexpensive and I'd recommend learning what you can before seeking a coach to help you "reach the next level."
With that said, there are many chess.com members (and chess players in general) who are nice people and would help you along. Things like analysis together or pointing out where you lost the chess game against them. In fact, I've had several chess friends (real life and online) who I do this with. It is like coaching (sort of), but basically lots of members don't mind helping someone out
