hanging pawns

Hanging Pawns is definitely a really good Youtuber, but if you ask me I think you should wait until around 1500 chess.com or 1300 otb to start watching him.

I think he's very good. Of course he's "only" ~2000, but what's good about him is he actually talks about plans. It seems to me that IMs and GMs talk about talking about plans. They say you should have one. Then, what they actually do is give lines. Maybe they say "the bishop goes here." They don't say "White needs to play to open up the position and Black needs to keep it closed. When White pushes this pawn, he only wants to trade once, then push--never trade twice. White has better activity, but Black has better structure, so White needs to take advantage and win while Black needs to hang on and try to win in the endgame." Anton (I believe is his name) does this sort of thing a lot, and it's what I need to hear.
