Too demanding IMO. You are basically asking for an IM for less than 35$. Most probably you ain't gonna find one.

Hi!
No doubt an IM is a great coach, but I wonder if you really need to spend that much money at this stage of your development, when you should still work on some basic aspects of the game. If your budget is tight, you could try with a lower-rated or untitled coach who would have more reasonable rates. I’m a chess.com coach, and I work with beginner and intermediate players.
