Unable to access lessons on chess.com!

Can anyone help? I upgraded to Gold Membership about 3 weeks ago, during the first week I was able to access the 3 lessons as promised. However, now I’m unable to access even a single lesson. Does any one know what’s going on? Is there a problem with the site? Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty?
I had no problems with lessons before the upgrade and have no issues with puzzle rush or puzzles after upgrade.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I’m currently waiting for a response from chess.com regarding this issue.

On the website? On one of the apps?

Try clearing your cache.

It also happened with me. I payed the gold subscription and I am not able to access the lessons.

Try clearing the cookies and the browser cache.

If that doesn't work, write an email to support@chess.com.

The problem has resolved itself now, I am again able to access lessons.
