I have a platinum membership but can't watch the full video's in the chess.com app; is that normal? They just show the opening 1 to 3 minutes and then say "become a member"

Sorry. Only diamond members can watch videos.

I do have a diamond membership and I can't watch the video Elisabeth Bähtz with the app. App says: Become a member!!

I can watch her Videos on the Website. When I pull them up in the Android App, I get an Error Message.

Exactly this Video! It runs on the laptop without problems. But it does'nt with the android app on the smartphone. (Other Videos no problem!)
