I am having trouble with my opponents knights. In the beginning (1st 5 moves) they can come in and decimate my interior. This is a common occurrence, so I am doing something wrong but I cannot figure it out. Can anyone give advice if they ever had this experience?

sounds like they are picking on your f pawn mklow
if say black , 1 e4 e5 , 2 knf3 knc6 3 bc4 ,
if this happens and whites 4th move is kng5 picking on f7 , then you have to ask your pieces which of you will prevent kng5 before it happens so what can black play on move 3 to stop kng5?
how can I arrange for coaching. I am sub 1100 blitz.
