Yes, this has happened to me and several others. You should contact Kochai via the Help procedure and indicate the problem #. You might need to upgrade your current browser.

Has this happened to anybody else?
I've signed up for Platinum and I'm using the Mentor and it was working fine until I got up to problem #16 and now when I make a move I get a runtime error and it says "An error occurred during AJAX response handing." Then when I click "OK" another page loads full of data and gibberish. I moved to problem #17 and the same thing happened.
Help please? Thanks.
