What is CM Deluxe? There aren't any "upgrades" to Chess Mentor that I'm aware of, which as a DIamond Member I presume I would be aware of unless chess.com was keeping them a secret

Not sure why you would want the standalone program since you are a diamond member and have access to the web based version which includes many more courses and a cleaner interface, but yes, this is probably the wrong place. Keep hounding customer support; my wild guess is that your funds haven't transferred yet.
Thanks for your comments. I purchased the standard version in 2009, and I ordered the upgrade not knowing about the web based version. I only joined the site two weeks ago. But you are correct, the web based version is much better than the stand alone program. I wish now I'd saved my money
They eventually sent the link and I now have the upgrade.
Not sure if this is the place to raise this, but I'm not sure who else to contact. I purchased an upgrade to CM Deluxe last Saturday, and so far I've not received the link to download the program. I wrote to CM Customer Support yesterday, but so far I've not had a reply. I'd appreciate any help.
