It's hard to imagine what the problem could be. Is it possible to explain to us how you are starting the game? Is it live chess or turn-based? Did you reply to a seek?

i have been trying to start a new game with an opponent but each time I try to begina game, the chess board opens with the tag "conditional move'". What am I expected to do (or how do I get over it and start the game against my opponent? Please help.
