Started playing chess at a very young age, taught us by our dad, played with younger siblings who by then were coached by me. And all those gaming was based on trail and error versions and some few strategic opening which we've shared along the way. Came the time, when i thought myself that I was better off than many people whom i would meet and play with later in time, but gave me a glimpse of mere feeble and local player i would be. At times, I thought I could not face those players and got myself disappointed! Later in childhood age discovered that chess was played only by our Somali elders, not the young people whom many would think off a rare strange game. As I grew up, I learnt every few other strategy I could acquire from streat chess players whether from elders or new young funs who by then acquired a very compitent variations and spead! At times arrived or took me to overturn their win by volunterely playing with them many games. Unfortunately, that did not meet my expectations as I would have been to meet more people!
As i did so, I viewed myself not less than just a beginer when i started modernizing myself reading about board numbers, files, and columns, designating chesss moves, and their writing system, chess openings, short-come tactics, and long term strategies, middle and end-games. Nothing ends and still long way to go.
