I have just tried to get my three free Chess lessons and AGAIN I have been offered this 'demo' of Chess lessons. Why are these things promised and then not delivered ? It makes me wonder if I should have stayed with the free internet Chess server and internet Chess club. If this continues I will be looking for a rebate because I am not getting what I paid for. If i'd paid for a more expensive premium membership I would be even more out of pocket for nothing so i'm pleased I didn't. I notice there are no replies to my previous posts on this topic, just a deafening silence.
Make a free account, then you get 1 lesson a day.
Better yet, make 10 free accounts.

Did you file a ticket with Chess.com? I get lessons fine here- are you using a phone app or browser? Version 2(old) or version 3(new) for chess.com?
Complaining on the forums like this isn't the best way to fix your problem, contact support via Chess.com. Obviously you are a minority with this issue as most here aren't complaining of the issue, so don't go blaming Chess.com so adamantly until you've tried the proper help channels and confirmed it's not an issue on your end.

I have just tried three times in a row to get my three free lessons from Chess Mentor. Each time all I got was an offer of a 'demo' of ten lessons. This is not what I asked for not what I got and absolutely NOT what I wanted. It is most annoying most frustrating and definitely not what I paid for. Why are things altered in this way without any warning and can nothing be done about it?
