Used up my daily amount of times?

Hey everyone. I am currently in my free ten day trial as a platinum level member. For some reason when I go to do the chess mentor I am told that I have used up all the lessons for my membership level.  I haven't done any and I am told thatI have exhausted my allotment! What gives? What am I missing?

Your profile says you have done 20 Mentor lessons.  When did you last do them?

"When you open your Chess Mentor page, click on 'Start Training' instead of View Lessons -- you can still choose the lessons you'd like to do, and you should be able to perform the lessons from that page."
