Lesson is rated 2500. But it seems TOO easy for 2500. Perhaps this is a mistake

I tried it. It was too hard for me.  I know that doesn't mean anything.

It's hard to tell from your profile if you are a too-humble GM showing off your mad skillz or just some 1300 rated guy with a computer.

The reason I can't tell is because you haven't played any rated games here on Chess.com. You did play 5 unrated blitz games and if the 5 unrated games you played (with 4 losses and 1 win over a guy rated 1353) had been rated, your rating would be well shy of a 2500 level, perhaps well below 1500.

Still, if those lessons really are that easy for you, why not start tearing the place up?

chess mentor ratings are really inflated.

This lesson is also greatly overrated. It rated 2000, but some 1600 lessons are much harder

my CM rating is flattering.

A lesson might be 'easy' because I misunderstood it and fluked the right answer!

But I think I am getting (even) better at chess as a result of 3 lessons a day, i.e. almost no time at all.

So three cheers for CM !

I don't think you can do these rated lessons anymore. People have the ratings on their accounts but I've not seen any way to get one. I did my quota of lessons for my membership level but it didn't yield a rating
