Do you have any pop up blockers on your browser turned on?
When you click on Chess Mentor, and then click on 'Begin Training' a new window should appear, do you get this?
You said 'and some other pages', which other pages are you experiencing problems on and what are the problems?
begin training does not work on any page ,

windows 7,and i have enabled chess.com on my pop up blocker
While you're a premium member, you shouldn't see any ads or pop ups on the site. if possible can you please turn the pop up blocker off, then restest Chess Mentor and let me know if it works for you.
pop up blocker is off, seems that the lessons and trainer is all that will not work
must be something with my computer, I can log in on another computer and everything seems to work .

help sill not able to use the lessons or anything in chess mentor, on my computer. i can on another computer. I have pop up blocker off what else can i do. (internet exployer with windowa 7), tried it again, I get an error on page on my bottom bar

You can't use windows explorer 7. You use Internet explorer 7 or IE.
Try installing chrome or firefox, just type in google chrome or firefox, follow the links and instructions and use new browser.
I you want speed and don't like waiting and waiting for your browser to load, try Chrome...
I'm new at the site and trying the 10 day trial, but nithing seems to work in chess mentor and an some other pages, my games run fine, chess mentor page will pull up then nothing seems to work. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong.
