I vote 1. b3 if I want to have some fun versus a less prepared opponent

I'd play 1. g3 for solid Catalan/KIA setups etc. if the opponent knows their stuff a bit more lol

I like some g3 English setups too, but the high drawing score is somewhat troubling for me and Black also gets a lot of draw potential with just copying White for most of the opening xD

If they copy me i just find where they live

b3 ftw 

1.g3 because it doesn't give up the center unlike 1.b3

In India, both moves are famous at beginner level for opening.

And some of them play great with those openings.
