This is called the wing gambit. It's somewhat playable but not very good really.

It looks like a mirror version of the Krejcik Gambit against the Dutch:

Now this gambit works remarkably well, at least in faster time controls. Maybe because Black ends up with serious king safety issues, and the practical problems it poses are hard to solve on the spot.

The problem is no one follows the main line and then its a boring game wirh equality

If black can easily equalise against it then it clearly isn't a good opening for white. White's objective is to win. Black's objective is to equalise.

The Wing Gambit is kinda boring anyway, at least compared to Open Sicilian lines like the Najdorf and Dragon.

Open Sicilian has way more crazy sacrifices and tactics. Rook sacrifices are normal.

There are lines where white sacs the queen for 2 minor pieces with full compensation. It's one of the most insane openings.

Bg5 Najdorf is my favourite.

Ah ok, yeah you blundered your bishop on move 15. Congratulations on the win though!

The refutation to the McDonnell is considered to be the immediate d5 (the Tal Gambit).

Example Najdorf lines 3 Bg5 1 Fischer-Sozin Attack

Who plays 11. ... Bxf6 as Black?

1.e4 d5 2.f4 d5 3.Bb5+ is an old idea of Bent Larsen (who hated the open Sicilian, and  had tried many antisicilians). It is quite interesting- chances are about equal, but there's plenty of play for both sides. Rapid WC Abdusattorov has played this many times in fast time controls.

I know Bxf6 is a mistake which allows this sacrifice.

Edit: I just looked on lichess database (because chess.com database costs money) and it's been played 49 times in the master's database and 12,102 times in the lichess database.

Ah interesting, I'm looking at the line on the database and it seems like it's normally just a draw or win for black as with most lines of the McDonnell Attack. Bent Larsen did score a win with it though and a few others have but it doesn't seem all that special for white tbh.
