Is there any good opening for black,no matter if white plays 1e4 or 1d4?

FeatherStrike

I have a book at my home where they recommend c6 to either e4 or d4. If white plays d4 on the second it become a Caro-Kann. If white plays c4 on the second move or N-f3 then black plays d5 and it become a type of Slav defense.

Absurd

1. ... c6 is probably the closest to what you're looking for, e6 is an option, and Nf6 can also work if you consider Alekhine's Defense to be good.

1. ... c6 is as suggested above, you'll get a Caro-Kann against 1. e4 or a Slav against 1. d4. You won't necessarily get the same opening out of any White first move, because transposing that early is White's choice.

1. ... e6 will get you a French against 1. e4 and might transpose into a French after 1. d4 e6 2. e4, but more likely you'll get into some other form of Queen's pwn game (QGD, Nimzo or Bogo Indian, Torre Attack, who knows what else?)

 yes, 1....g6

1...b6 is an interesting line, an example line being 1. e4 b6 2. d4 Bb7 3. Nc3 e6 4. Nf3 Bb4

Pirc or modern, 1. ... g6 or 1... d6.  They've a tendency to transpose into each other.  I think you of the better books on it was Pirc Alert!  Be careful you don't get smothered.
