I dont understand the point of all this but most of your assessments are wrong...

QGA inferior?

King's gambit with exf4 and g5 refuting?

1.e4 e5 2.d4 d6 not so bad and not sure white is better in your line.

1.d4 c5 2.d5 is the main move, but why the only correct one?

1.e4 f5, well, interesting line... lol

Anyway, it seems u understand all this more than GM playing these lines, and we could burn many books.

Yes, I agree, Richard Rapport is equivalent to a super grandmaster.

Not sure what he knows about the Kings Gambit--can anyone post the game he played against Adams?  Or any other of his Kings Gambit games?

It is interesting, to me, that he plays or played the Kings Gambit.

#15. I think White can have more than the normal opening advantage there by not playing c4, that's why it's better to play Nf6 first and c5 only after c4.

not sure what you mean here? In #15 White does not play c4.

Please diagram what you mean?

"1. d4c5Here after the attack against the d pawn it is by far the best to push forward. Why? Because the d pawn is somewhat protected by the White queen and thus White can play c4 Nc3 e4 to protect the nice pawn center.
2. d5The only correct move in the position. White has the normal opening advantage"

QGA inferior?     inferior to what?

King's gambit with exf4 and g5 refuting?  After 1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4 3. Nf3  g5 Black can force a better position which is obviously not what White would wish for in an opening.

1.e4 e5 2.d4 d6 not so bad and not sure white is better in your line.  disagree

1.d4 c5 2.d5 is the main move, but why the only correct one?  Well, maybe I should have said it is the best move. There are reasons it is the main move.

1.e4 f5, well, interesting line... lol

Anyway, it seems u understand all this more than GM playing these lines, and we could burn many books.  I am really not so interested what some  GMs think--about certain lines, am interested in the truth. Sometimes a non GM can figure out lines that the strongest chess engines get wrong. GMs are not always right. The very best chess engines are not always right.

Books can be wrong also.

Here is a line which is very nice for Black to play vs the Kings Gambit{
