This is an opening which is very rarely played, but its a very good reply to the Queen's Gambit. The moves are as follows.... 1.d4 d5. 2. c4 e5! On the third move, White has 4 options..... d*e5, c*d5, Nc3 and Nf3. All moves are playable and lead to exciting games. This is very aggressive opening by Black. Is it good enough ? If yes, why is it not played by Super GMs? I want to learn this opening in detail and I am trying new variations. Anyone has deep knowledge of this opening? Please share your knowledge here.

1) dxe5 is best.

2) No, GMs don't usually play any gambits except Queen's (pseudo) Gambit.

They are playing to win, not to enjoy.

3) I don't believe it is good if you want to win. I don't play gambits, that's it.

4) Not me.

if white plays d4, d5, Nf3 then black can reply Nc6 and after c4, e5 to get back into ACG territory after dxe5 although black does have the interesting option of Bb4+ rather than d4 taking play into ACG

One of my favorite OTB victories came with the Black pieces in an Albin Countergambit.  It is aggressive but White can get an advantage if he knows what he is doing.  Black is sacrificing a pawn to show that the lines opened by the d+e pawn advances are superior to White's lines opened by the c+d pawns.  He wants to establish a pawn at d4 to stifle White's natural development and he is relying on quick minor piece development.
