You should have received an email on the address associated with the closed account that would have included your options, one of which was the appeal process.
The site doesn't handle things like that through the forums.

A small issue happened my small brother used my another chess id to play with my main account and because of that my account got banned . I made that account on 2022 so please remove ban from my main chess account, due to a small miss mistake from my brother my chess account banned, plz kindly remove ban from my account. I will be very thankful to you.
