I was thinking about antidotes to the highly theoretical Grünfeld and King's Indian. I came up with 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.e3?!

It gives black some space, but white still has a small advantage. I feel that against specialist of either opening you might best avoid the theoretical battle all together. What do you think?

Of course you lock in the DSB but in the KID or GFD it usually does not want to go to g5.
