In this case, 3...d5 would be an inaccuracy. 😎 So, it's rather real Anti-Grünfeld. 
Though you have to agree Neo-Grünfeld and Anti-Grünfeld sound very cool. Also Talking about Anti-Grünfeld I found something called the Anti-Anti-Grünfeld:

At least, statistically, 3...d5 seems to be just the best/optimal.

When vikings found Groenland, they thought that it is indeed green. I guess that the name "Grünfeld" means "green field" btw.

Grünfeld is just the normal QGD with g6 instead of e6.
