Any suggestions for a solid opening repertoire?

Right now, I play London System although it's mostly because I haven't had time to study openings. However, I am focused on improving my chess and I know to do that, I have to change my chess opening repertoire. With that said, what are some solid chess openings? For White, black against 1 e4 and black against 1 d4 ? Thank you very much!!!

P.S. I was thinking maybe 1 d4 and 2 c4 for white (although I'm then confused about what variations to play, like for example, what variation to play against the King's Indian Defense?) 1... e5 against 1 e4 (I don't know the opening plans / theory very well, but I'm somewhat familiar with it at least. I was also thinking about Caro-Kann maybe but that seems drawish) and nimzo indian against 1 d4 (I looked at some nimzo-indian games and theory, but I don't really understand the moves or plans)  Also, I'm around 1800 OTB USCF rated. Thank you.

if u like an aggressive positional play go with d4 or c4 when white and sicilian when black if white plays e5. and for 2nd and 3rd moves, there lots of variations and not only u choose among these variations but the fiath of the game will be determined by u and your opponent. so try to learn the developments of these openings. then u go for further types of openings, even fantastic ones.
