As i wrote in an similar forum.

Its bad wheter you play 1, e5 or prepare e5 with d6, f6 Nh6;Nf7,Bg7.

Dont let them play an comfortable white stonewall. And is say that as an player who played the black stonewall often

So we should play the From’s Gambit? Could you elaborate?

It seems like Stonewall has the capacity to intimidate some players. Do you find that to be the case?

I see! Your posts are always helpful!

The legend “OG” is back on YouTube. If you are seriously interested in learning the Bird - Leningrad reverse colors - Henrik Danielsen teaches a fantastic system.

I find the bird to be a dynamic opening, that can transpose into many open and closed systems which I find fascinating. Especially in Blitz, you can bait players into many advantage positions with white. You do not have to play passive slow bird systems. You can transpose into very aggressive open Sicilian type positions.

Thank you for the comment. I will look into the video. Since my chess understanding has improved a little since I created this, I kind of understand some of the features of the Bird, so thank you for the link and information!
