Make sure everything is defended and then use the vulnerable queen as a free tempo to develop your pieces and gain the initiative. If you give an example I could probably provide better advice/an explanation

Try out techniques for smothering the Queen against the Nelson bot - it seems to be there as a sparring partner who "always" brings the Queen out early on.

What you should do is not play games (and moves) like this:

Every move you played was bad, starting with 2. - f6, but there are a couple that are worse than bad. What was that Bf5 move? And that Bg6 move?

Don't play random moves. Use your time and think.
