Are these good openings and are the move orders correct?

4...c5 for Black!
I think you might be referring to the Colle System, which sets up the pyramid in the center as you did without developing the DSB outside the pawn chain (which would be the London System). Your first moves are correct, but Nd2-f1-g3 is too slow. In general, White is pushing for e4 in these positions to liberate the DSB.

I saw the knight part of NM Nelson Lopez chess vibes channel. It only goes to F1/F8 (white/black) to guard against king attacks.
I'll check out the Colle system. I love the whole pyramid scheme to these openings. I'm 46. Started playing chess over 3 years ago for brain stimulation. I'll never be a Master, but hey might as well have fun anyway.
I would also recommend the London System, which has a similar idea of pushing e4 in the center at the right moment but also has many other attacking ideas that, if the opponent isn't careful, can easily become dangerous.

4...c5 is more active
7...c5 or 7...e5 is more active than 7...Re8
8 Nf1 is slow. 8 e4 is more active.
8...Nf8 is slow, 8...e5 is more active
9 c3 is slow. 9 c4 is more active.
9...c6 is slow. 9...b6 intending 10...Bb7 is more active
The position is equal.
This is a decent opening, though not active.
The move order is correct, though the moves are not the most active.

4...c5 for Black!
Why play c5 on the fourth move when you can play it on the second!
Read the original post ya clown! 1.d4 d5 2.Nf3 (NOT 2.Bf4) Nf6 3.e3 e6 4.Bd3 c5 is the main line of the Colle System. Black is equal.

Possibly correct for White. Not for Black they ain't! 4...c5 is far stronger than 4...Bd6.
