Pretty much as in the Morra, 3...Nf6! is an excellent answer, e.g. 4.e5 Nd5 5.ab4 d6! and white can start thinking about equality.

This is an ambitious and perhaps slightly underestimated line introduced (as far as I know) by Gioacchino Greco in c.1620. I've played this gambit on many occasions in online blitz games, and now for the first time I decided to try it on a former county champion.
