What resources (especially books) can people recommend on the Berlin endgame. I’m particularly looking for resources from White’s perspective, but I can be flexible. (Most books for White seem to prefer 4. d3 or 4. Re1 — are there exceptions?)

I believe Shankland has a video series on the Berlin, but for the Black side
