I need very strong, reliable at the same time trickiest most surprising defence against e4 as my first move as black , Classical time controls or rapid

I don't think there is an opening that fits all of that criteria against 1.e4, maybe at all. The Sicilian is strong and aggressive, but very, very theoretical, which makes it almost impossible to "surprise" someone that knows what they're doing. The French is solid, and very annoying to play against. But not super tricky for the most part. 1...e5 is symmetrical, and strong. But white gets to decide what direction the game is headed, wearas in the French the style of play is similar no matter what white does. Alekhines defense is surprising and tricky, but not too strong. Kings Indian defense is probably the closest to what you described.
Indirect

1...a6 If Miles used it to beat Karpov, then it is as good a surprise weapon as anything. And it's a sound opening.

urk
Maybe the 1....g6 Modern Defense

Many transpositional possibilities, good way to play for a win.

But I wouldn't call it "reliable" since sometimes you're going to get squashed no matter how well you learn it.

I never play it. Good luck.

You can't trick White from the first move. It doesn't matter what is Black's opening idea if White knows what he is playing. What you can do is to study a defense properly and wait for your opportunity to outplay White.
