I want to know what openings work the best for an aggressive player

There is no best opening, and claiming to be an "aggressive" player is a total failure. You have to play the position. I have had positional Sicilians and super-aggressive Slavs! No opening can be stereotyped to a single type of play.
As a French player, for example, I have had wild games where it is attack or die, and others where patience is a virtue, and I have had to gring out an 85 move game, final 55 moves all being precise endgame play.
You CANNOT pigeon hole yourself to a single style of play and expect to get anywhere! You must understand both attacking and defensive ideas, and you must be willing to do both to succeed!
