Best opening for F3 attack?

Too often i find opponents going balls to the wall on the F3 square, and me, being a rookie, don't know the most effective defense for it.

What do you experts recommend?

Do you have a sample game? I'm not a master by any means but I will take a look.

Yea, look at my most recent game. I played it horribly (in my defense i was watching the Saints-Cardinals game more than the chess board). I've played this guy before. Names an_nik

For everyone: He's wondering how to deal with Bc4 &  Qf3/Qh5 attacks.

I think you played the opening fine. Your problem was dropping a pawn with ...d5? then a piece with Nxd5??. I think after ...Nd4 or ...Bg7 instead of ...d5 you should be fine (maybe better).

knight h3 then knight f2 works well
