Evans / English are both good but I would play the English defense before either, so that's my answer.
Englund is obviously in the category of what white wipes himself with, but it does have its fanboys who feel very enthused by the fact they don't have to study alot.

I'd have to go with the English too. There's not a lot of choice available for "E". I have no feel for it myself, but I can see it's good.
