best opening systems to counter certain openings

Hi all, I’m rated 1300 and I’m wondering which opening systems work best with various openings?

I’ve got a basic grip on systems such as Catalan, london, stonewall, Sicilian, which can be played against many openings, do you know which they particular work well against or shouldn’t be played against?

Any input on counter opening systems (ie a setup you aim for rather than complicated lines) appreciate!
