Why read when you can watch? I know several of IM Danny Rensch's live sessions have had him playing and lecturing on the typical plans including pawn breaks for both sides. There have to be dedicated series as well. I like Danny's nonstop commentary even though I know actually understanding him requires genuine involvement in the learning process. At minimum repeated watching; more likely setting up board to play through typical lines. Once you have the first few typical moves down then you can wander over to the Game Explorer, enter them on a board and see what the database suggests as most popular and most winning lines. Infinite fun, but even if you just hit the most popular line you'll get an education. And Chess Mentor! There is a course on the regular Dragon and lessons on the accelerated in a long (105?) course on the Sicilian. Hope that helps.
